AI Literacy Check
A ten-minute AI literacy quiz with a dated, printable completion record for your EU AI Act Article 4 training file.
What Article 4 asks
Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025. It applies to providers and deployers of AI systems. A company whose staff use a chatbot, a copilot, or another AI tool at work is usually a deployer.
On 27 July 2026, Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 amended Article 4. Providers and deployers take measures that support AI literacy among staff and other people who use AI systems for them. The measures take account of technical knowledge, experience, education, the context of use, and the people the systems affect. The article does not set one fixed level for every individual.
A small company often has no learning system and no legal team. What it can file is a dated record that a person took a measure. This check is one such measure. Work that can affect rights, safety, or a high-risk system needs more than this.

Questions
What does Article 4 ask for?
Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025 to providers and deployers of AI systems. Since 27 July 2026, Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 asks them to take measures that support AI literacy for staff who use those systems, taking account of knowledge, experience, and the context of use. It does not set one score that every person must hit.
What is this record?
A dated completion record of this check. This is not a certificate, a certification, or an accreditation.
What do I get if I pass?
A completion record with your name, your company, the UTC date, your score, the question-set version, the topics, and a reference ID. You can print it or save it as PDF in the browser. Nothing is stored. Keep the file.
What if I do not pass?
You see the score, the topics you missed, and a short explanation, with a link back to the primer. You can retake the check. No record is issued.
Do you store my name or my company?
No. The name and the company are shown on the record in your browser and are not written to disk or to logs. The only personal data this app keeps is an email you send on the team-version form.
What is the team version?
A roster and records for many people at one company. It is not built yet. The form on this page saves an email so we can say when it ships. The single-person check is free.
